The words that beamed out like lightning were, “where He Himself was about to go.” We hear how Jesus sent out the seventy, two by two, but we never hear how they were actually the forerunners for Jesus and created a teaching circuit for Him. He didn’t wait around for a “suddenly.” In other words, He wasn’t waiting for something to drop out of the blue, so to speak.
